This may appear to be rather improbable,, but with the hottest craze of people stepping into penny stock investing; some typical people have been able to pocket serious capital on just one or two trades - obtaining stocks for pennies and selling them for real dollars.

I know, it seems a little too fantastic to be true, but you'd be very mistaken if you believe that this isn't really taking place on a daily basis. There are tons of corporations whose stock price had dropped to actually pennies per share and in some events fractions of a penny per share, that have made very sharp and volatile rises to levels that are 2, 3 or as high as 10 to 20 times that price in just a few days.

It's still hard to imagine right?? For proof, Take a brief second to check out a few of these stocks yourself, for example Sunpeaks Ventures, Inc.. (SNPK). Try typing the ticker symbol into any financial site, Take a look at their historical charts for the last 90 days or so; you'll notice right off that this company's stock was merely $.43 a share around the middle of March, and climbed to as high as .40 just weeks after. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that if we had invested 0 it would have increased to close to 00 in just a couple of weeks time. The main reason why everyday folks can afford to leave their jobs and just trade one or two penny stocks a month, while having the capability to pay all their bills and live in a relaxed manner.

With just a little bit of research and a little bit of keeping your ear to the ground, you can make excellent profits from penny stock investing; and it's not your regular long term investment method like when investing in blue chip style stocks. The big stock investors can get a %5 increase in a week's time ( This is a terrific week for them), but if you've only got 0 to spend - generating in a week is not likely cause to jump up and down... best you can do with that sort of gain is go to a movie... by yourself!

Similar to any investment, even penny stock investing has risks, but think of this: if you're able to invest $500 in a penny stock and quite possibly turn that small investment into thousands within weeks (and I don't mean 52 weeks) - the risk/reward ratio weighs extremely in your favor. Even so, you can invest in nice "safe" blue chip companies and maybe see a gain of a couple hundred bucks a year.. that's if you don't invest in top of the line blue chips like Tyco, Enron or Adelphia...lol.
